Who We Are

While we were previously a brick and mortar church, Remnant Bible Ministries is now a mobile bible teaching ministry centered upon the Word of God. Our mission is threefold: TEACH, DISCIPLE & SEND. Our desire is to plant the Word of God through verse-by-verse Bible teaching, Grow the believer through life-on-life biblical discipleship and then send that believer out to plant in new soil. We implement this mission in two ways: an online teaching platform AND through face to face interaction via home churches and missional outreach.

Meet the Padilla Family

Gabe and Jess Padilla have been married for over18 years. During the  early years of courtship and marriage, they attended and served at Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. They grew under the guidance of the CC Philly pastors and staff until God called them out to the mission field as house-parents to orphaned children. Their journey from there led them to Hershey Pa, Southern California, Bucks County Pa and eventually to Western Pennsylvania where they now minister to the Mercer County community and Abroad.

Gabe and Jess have three children, one biological daughter and an adopted son and daughter. They have a heart for, who the Bible calls, “the least of these”: windows, orphans, the disabled and the abused. Their heart is reach the broken of their community by showing them Jesus through the light of God’s Word. For it is only by Jesus that we are saved and His Word has the power to heal families, break addiction and transform lives!
